Second is the best out of all of them. You don't need to blur/smudge or make the background cover the image to blend it. Stop with the text. It's useless and doesn't make your tag better in any way shape or form. Find a tutorial and follow it step by step. Absorb it's contents and learn something from it.
Don't bevel your sigs and work on creating a good sig. Spend a few hours on a tag and you'll progress. Use stock images, textures or plain colors. Fractals, C4D's, and effects usually aren't good for backgrounds unless you know how to create depth and an overall good composition.
