My second attempt at smudging...

After talking with yuseifudo33 on DN yesterday, and dueling him and his smexy sleeves, i decided to try and make my own DN sleeves. Atm i am obsessed with the smudge style GFXs so here is my second take on smudging and first on a DN sleeve.

Dude this smudging if far better then the last one i can say,and its amazing really,only thing i disslike is that c4d over yusei,remove it please,add a little bit more fractals over the renders on lighten or screen and its should be awesome!KIU

Its not directed at you. I know a lot about html code so i set it up so who ever looks at the signature will see their name.

Give it more depth. this is one of your better works imo.
Look at a few smudge tuts. not the grungy ones. the legit ones.

well, I'll only judge the smudging and not the tag itself, Smudging is alright for a 2nd attempt i guess you're starting to adapt to brush settings but hey i believe you need more details in the smudging and that comes by a smaller brush and being a bit slower at it...what's more important than the details is the flow of your smudge, the smudge should actually follow the flow your render offers.

and yeah about details you should use solid round brush, brush in whatever color that matches then smudge it and so on..

Have you got any good psd's for any works that other artists have done?
They're very useful for learning, if you've got a good grip on all of the tools that photoshop has. If you're looking for some good smudge psd's please pm me I'll give you some.
