I prefer plaguespreader over gorz in this deck, since you have enough monsters to defend, usually, and an extra tuner can come in very handy.
Krebons and Hushed Psychic Cleric are additions that have saved my butt so many times. I used to have them in extra, but after seeing how useful they can be, I had to move them to main.
