Grand Championship is the 4th season of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters anime series and features a single elimination tournament. In Duel Academy, Grand Championship will feature Group Stage first and then will be followed by single elimination. You wanted to rank up your dorm? You want to earn some good amount of DP? You want to have fun? Top 3 duelists will get be rewarded with prices depending on how many duelists participate. So, don't wait, this is your chance to be remembered in Duel Academy!


RULES

• Number of participants: 16, 32 or 64.
  
• Groups will be composed of 4 participants
  
• In Group stage, there will be 3 Rounds for duels. Participants will be able to duel in all 3 rounds parallel. This means they don't have to follow the order of rounds. They duel first person that is online at the moment. We make it like this to speed up the process.
  
• All duels will be Matches, best 2 out of 3.
  
• Side decking allowed.
  
• Deck change not allowed.
  
• Deck rules follow latest TCG Advanced format banlist.
  
• All officially released TCG cards until the starting date of the tournament are allowed. All other cards and TCG cards that are possibly released during the tournament are not allowed. By starting date is not meant the start of sign ups, its meant from the day duelists are allowed to duel.
  
• Both players have to confirm their match outcome in this thread. Take a screenshot of your result in case some problems occur. This includes also taking screen of card abuse like using OCG cards etc. If you don't take screen and a problem occurs, most probably both players will take consequences in means of match loss for both players.
  
• Deadlines will be strictly followed and short so you better find your opponent fast. Unfinished rounds will result in match loss for both players
