Questions about decks

ok i have some questions ( if the answer is given already plz link and i will kill this post personally)
ok when a tournament says:
1)no instant win means no ftks or no instant win like collect all exodia parts? is there a expeption for any of the seven insta-wins?
2) no burn means no burn at all or just no burn decks?
3) no agents means no agents at all or just no aggent deck

ps if this isnt the place for this tell me where it is

2) NO burn means no burn decks (chain burn, blahblah)
3) No Agents means no deck based around agents...

yeah i realized tht about the section

second while it seems that way ,for a new guy at this site that english it not his native language the phrase
no instant win/burn/agents
is not very obvious

Quite simple really it means whats written in it. If it says no burn means no burn cards allowed (EX: The CSCC 2). And so on with agents, FTK's etc... (this means that decks that win in the first turn of a duel are forbidden). For the instant win combines both FTK and the win conditions other hen by reducing opponents life points to 0 (except FTKs done by burn).

ok now i am confused
so i cant have like a deck with a few agents or cards that does damage like ookazi? cause harbinger said otherwise

^it will be said in the tournament rules. They have to specify what they mean by no agents for example or burn. It's not really that hard to understand, though if the one hosting the tournament does not specify it well he has to deal with stupid questions like this one ^-^
