Macro cosmos questions

Subject: Macro cosmos questions Sat Jan 21, 2012 8:22 am

Gonna make some deck that uses macro cosmos...but the rullings of this card are a little blur to me.

Does Ninjitsu art of super transformation work with it?
what about shard of greed?
Can ppl use herald of orange light?
Honest?
Maxx "c"?
Effect veilers?
What about deatching XYZ? whats going on with that?

If you could only give me the general rule for that stuff
Appreciate your help.

maxx c,herald,effect veilers and honest cant be used with it on the field,because it has a cost eff which clearly states to graveyard ( http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Rulings:Macro_Cosmos) dont listen to idiots which say the opposite because there'd be many xD... about ninja thing that you confirm yourself xD

xyz materials when detached are banished, and not sent to grave

If a card says "send to the graveyard" they can not be used (well they can but their effects will fizzle) and a card that just says "discard" can.

Something to note: If it's Dimensional Fissure and not Macro Cosmos that is on the field, then the exceed material will be sent to the graveyard.

Cards that say "send to the graveyard" can still be used if it's not a cost. It's only if they are that they can't be used. Some cards says "discard to the graveyard" and they can't be used, even if it's discard and not send to the graveyard.

Almost all hand traps are cost to send it to grave, if im not mistaken.

I was talking about cards in general, not just hand traps.

Confirm what Bakuman said, unless the card has a cost that sends cards to the grave it can still be used even if Macro Cosmos/Dimensional Fissure is on the field. Cards such as Effect Veiler, Maxx "C" and Honest cannot be used because they have a cost which sends to the grave hence they cannot be used while Macro and/or fissure are on the field. Also to add something if you control Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier and your opponent or you have Dimensional Fissure face-up on the field you can still use Brionac,s efect by discarding Spell or Trap Cards, if macro cosmos is on the field then you cannot use Brionac's effect.
