(used photo shopCS 2)always follow layer n°!
-Render from planet renders.
-text font is Arial.
1-open a new file(365x130 if possible)
new layer-fill it with black and delete some parts(name it layer 1)
2-
new layer-(name it layer 2)take a 30 round soft brush (set color as u like) then brush to add a light source
3-
4-add a gradiant using Gradiant Tool or button (G)(layer0)

5-you might get something like this

6-take the rectangle tool(new layer3)and make this two things (see picture below)then creat cleaping mask of the previous image right side.
7-layer5:take out a splater brush and do as the picture below then duplicate the pic in n°5 after that creat cleaping mask using it.

8-add a gradiante map(same color as ur sig opcatiy 23% and put it to overlay.
9-add a photo filter (cyan color)53.
10-add more splater and rectangles with cleaping mask and you will get something like this

11-take out a stock that contain points (like picture below,layer style to linear dodge,opacity to 75%

12-add your render above all layers,and add 2 light sources(see pic below)

13-add more rectangles(with C.mask) abouve the render layer then add a flower C4D and creat cleaping mask always of layer5.
14-you will get something like this (after some edits in n°17
15-add a Photo filter(cyan to 70)
16-smudge right hand of the render and sharpen it.
17-
18-add your text then add a border if you want(for me i used a white one)
19-optional:add a black gradiant map(soft light)
we are done
after G.map

Not bad for your first tutorial, I suppose.

However, you shan't add 2 light sources. Only 1 light source shall be used because the other takes attraction. You can use Burn and Dodge tool though.

In the photofilter, you shall decrease the opacity because the colors are monotone after that photofilter or just don't make it 70.

Finally, might I tell you to work on your text? But nice work.
