It's a decent looking deck, although Macro Monarchs really isn't that strong without 3x RotA, and now that Solemn is down to 1 it becomes pretty tough to protect D Fissure, so the deck is probably not gonna be very competitive no matter what changes are made to it. My 1st suggestion is to get rid of Zaborg. Raiza is capable of doing everything Zaborg can do and much more. You'll definitely want that copy of Solmen Judgment in here even if its only 1, because you need to protect D Fissure or else your Survivors become worthless hunks of crap. Cyber Valley seems kinda random in here at 1, and you'll find nowadays that stalling cards like Marshmallon and Spirit Reaper don't work very well due to the plethora of various effects that can destroy monster cards. Instead, I suggest trying out Legendary Jujitsu Master.

RotA is Reinforcement of the Army, and it is the card that used to allow Macro Monarchs to always have a D.D. Survivor on-hand, but now it is limited so your chances of having multiple survivors ready to be used is a lot less consistent.

Legendary Jujitsu Master is a 1800 DEF monster who returns a monster that attacked him to the top of the opponent's deck. His high DEF means many non-tribute monsters won't beat him, and his effect means that even if he's beaten by a stronger monster, you won't have to worry about that monster being around anymore. Since he doesn't "destroy" anything, he also gets around Stardust Dragon.

I know the card you're thinking of but can't remember its name. Anyway, it's not a very good card imo since it has only 1 specific use. It is also a completely dead draw if you don't have D Fissure around, and with no way to search out D Fissure or that card other than Gold Sarc., it will just end up as a dead draw way too often.
