I know you dont need to be an expert drawing to be a graphic designer,
though it helps a lot.

I have some ideas, but i find it hard to put them on paper, or make them
concret.
I want to start a clothing line. or at least just make some good t shirt
designs
and maybe if i get good at it, earn some money making designs for
people.

But first.
i know how to use photoshop, but basically for photo editing and basic
designs.
is illustrator better for t shirt designs? if so. could you recommend me
a lot of tutorials or Books.. could be better. to learn how to use
illustrator? i use the cs4 collection.

any recommendations you have!! i really want to learn how to make sick
designs on the computer: )

Ok I can defenitely help you in PS..but anything else,I'm sorry i can't.
I'm also sure PS can make some great templates for T-Shirts and stuff as some of my gfx freak pals (Online ones) do so.

I can't help with anything else...and about tutorials for Adobe Illustrator..I guess you could google that. I know also Corel Draw is good for line draws and high quality vectors..you might want to try it out.
