Heloo all.

This is Kira Amadeus your fav staff (j/k)

This is what you were waiting for.
An event where you do your best , where you risk and maybe fight with your best friend.
An event that pushes you to your limits.
If you lose you're not out.

The entire Yu-gi-oh Classic is based on the fight for the 7 Millennium items and each item had some special power.

Based on this fact runs the largest event to be ever held in any academy for the second time.

7 of you all will be chosen to held an item . I'll chose those persons; I'll pick the most skilled ones and if you take their item that means you reached another level , that you improved somehow.

This is an event in which every single duelist of this
academy can participate as long as he is in a dorm or a staff member.
I'll accept from 14 to 20 but if more join then they all will have to pass a test a single duel the winner can participate the loser may try next year or maybe it will happen sooner.

Add the pics to ur avatars If you have more than 1 item add the others to your signature. If u loose it you remove it from the avatar and the holder adds it to his.
Only the 7 chosen ones by me can add this to their signatures so don't add them untill I say so
Duelists if you are not an Item holder do not worry... be active in this tournament and you have chances to become one
Every member's aim is to collect all the items.

Rules

1) It can be a match or a duel, may or may not have a special ban list.
The duelists who are dueling are free to decide their own rules. But KCVDS 1.21-22 Ban list is followed
and also no Burn or exodia decks *(but you can still use up to 3 burn cards that inflict damage as marshmallon magic cylinder and others ) .

2) Deck changing and side decking is allowed.

3) Any item holder can challenge another item holder to a duel and the winner takes both the items.

4) An Item holder can bet any number of items he has for any number items.

5) If a non-item holder challenges an item holder and wins he gets the item but if he looses he looses 100 DP to the one he lost the duel to.

6) An inactive item holder will loose his item. He must be accepting challenges from non-item holders. At least once in 2 days or you will have to give a valid reason for your inactivity

7)If a non item holder has less than 100 dp he will be DQ

8)The registrations won't be deleted. The item holders will have to edit there post by putting the date and the 1 person he dueled that day for the item(i repet only item holders) he can duel more than 1 but he has to edit his post like that so that i will see he is active(as you remember a non activ item holder loses his item(1))

Only 1 date and 1 opponent you can duel more but i need evidance that you dueled atleast one
Every staff transfer your Dp the DP you win or lose vs a non item holder 100 dp take from the non item holder who lost and add to the item holder that won

As in the anime, every item has a magically power

Millennium items cancel each other’s magic. One item cancels another item’s magic.

1) If 2 Holders duel each other the magic of both the items cancels themselves and the duel will be a normal duel.

2) If a holder has more millennium items than his opponent he can use the power of one of the item he bets.

3) If a holder duels a normal duelist the holder chooses which amongst his items he uses.

What happens if an item is used in the duel?

If an item is used in the rule a special duel rule will exist

Millennium Puzzle: draw 3 cards and discard 2(once a duel)

Millennium Eye: Special summon a Monster from your grave and destroy it during your end phase (Twice in a duel - Once per turn)

Millennium Scale: put back in deck a number of cards shuffle and then draw same number of cards(Thrice in a duel)

Millennium Rod:exchange you're LP points with you're opponent and loose 2000 LP (Once in a duel)

Millennium Necklace: draw 5 cards and then put them back in deck in which order you want(once in duel)

Millennium Key: get a card from you're deck if its a monster pay Lp equal to his Atk ; If its a trap or spell pay 1000 LP (Once in a duel)

Millennium Ring:take a monster from you're opp. grave and special summon him (once in a duel) and pay LP equal to the original attack of that monster.

Now I'll tell you the prize
There is only 1 prize: the winner advances in rank (if he is lower than obelisk) and gets 1500 dp
A fair prize for 1 champion .
I will be the final boss in this event the 7 item holder will duel me if he wins he gets 500 extra dp (2000 dp final prize) if he loses i don't win anything but he only wins 1000 dp
There will be only 1 rule for our match
Collect the 7 items and find out Razz

One note from me.
I would like to thank especially Kira Amadeus for hosting this event for a second time, It's a really awesome idea, and to the people who participated in it .It was really fun for me and I enjoyed every duel, especially the last one with the "boss" . Also I wanna tell Fenix that he almost made the things difficult for me in our last duel , and he could have beaten me so I wouldnt't be the winner.Well, see ya in the next event where I will be the boss and you will have to defeat me in a last duel which is not going to be easy Smile
