Reasons:

Rescue cat:As we know it helps many decks like x-sabers gladiator beasts and more.It increases by 10-15 % the chance to win the duel.

Subsitoad:I Dont play win frogs,but as long as i know it helps with many ways so it is normally for them to ban this card.

Brain Control:When you are about to win this duel your opponent draws this card and turn things around.
Example:Opponent uses brain control and takes a monster (paying 800 life points is a low cost).Summons Plaguespreader Zombie from graveyard and the monster he/she takes is caius .Synchro summons:Dark End Dragon,Stardust Dragon.Red Dragon Archfied,Though Ruler Archfiend,infernity doom dragon or Srap Dragon.It increases the chance win the duel by 10-25.

Heavy Storm:We know this card's effect so to difficult things a little we ban it.

Trishula, Dragon Of The Ice Barrier:Its not yet released, but its a table,hand or grave turner.It increases the chance to win this duel by 20-40 %.

Black whirlwind:Most of the People Used Blackwings.They summon shura (for example) and they get Kalut The Moon Shadow or Breeze the Zephyr.Then they synchro Black Rose Dragon or Scrap Archfiend.

Dark Hole:They switched the spell or trap destroyer(heavy storm) into the monster destroyer.

Infernity Launcher:I dont play with infernities but as i know this card it is a table turner.Increases the chance to win by 10-50 (some times 85 if your opponent doesnt have tragoedia,gorz or battle fader)

Monster Reborn:As the name Says it it revives a monster.Its a very good card that every deck must have one.

Example(Hating stardust's effect?Dont worry play dark hole or any other card you want to destroy a card on the field so your opponent tributes stardust and then steal him by using this awesome spell card.)Increases the chance to win the duel by a lot(uknown) but you can also bring a reversal and turn things around.

Royal Oppresion:I dont play decks with Royal Oppresion like Oppresion gadgets,blackwings e.t.c but its a good negator for both opponent and the controller.

Chaos Sorcerer:Its a game turner card(the only problem is that you cant attack with this card if you use his effect).

Dewloren,King of the ice barrier(its a good card and it gains attack if you return cards you dont need)

Snipe Hunter:Good card with Darkworld decks,Dad,Dandylion e.t.c

Mystical Space Typhoon:Everybody uses this card on all decks so if we dont have heavy storm lets semi-limit it.

Magic Cylinder:Good card with monsters with high attack so lets semi-limit it to make this ban list a little more fair.

Ojama trio:Nice card blocks 3 of your opponent's monster zone.Special summon Ojama knight so you opponent have no room to play monsters.

BRD(Black Rose dragon)Look like the like Akiza as a character so they add this card to unlimited.Adding 2 of them on your extra deck to turn the table if your opponent still has a plan.

Cyber Dragon:Some people play a cyber dragon deck which fusion's monster that have cyber dragon as the fusion material.

Golbin Zombie:Further support for zombies.

Royal Decree:Hating traps or trap decks?No problem,with 3 royal decree on your deck its easier to block your opponent and draw this card.

Treeborn Frog:Helps with frognarchs.Special summon this card during your Stanby Shase (if you dont control a spell or trap)

United With Stand:More attack to your monsters.Helps with morphtronics otk.
