| YOUR WISH HAS BEEN GRANTED WITH THE NEW Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME STARSTRIKE BLAST
El Segundo, CA (November 4, 2010) – Konami Digital Entertainment Inc., (Konami) lights up the market with the launch of Starstrike Blast on November 16th. Duelists will clamor to stores for a chance to get these out-of-this-world cards in this latest Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME (TCG) Booster Set.
Sure to make an impact with experienced players and those just getting into the game, Starstrike Blast offers a mix of powerful Synchro Monsters, a selection of cards that work well with any Deck, and specialized monsters for both popular Decks and for those building new strategies.
Starting with two of the biggest Synchro Monsters; the triple-threat Shooting Star Dragon and the ever-powerful Red Nova Dragon, Starstrike Blast is loaded with a cluster of exceptional cards. Starstrike Blast also introduces Formula Synchron, the first Synchro Monster that’s also a Tuner! This unique monster lets Duelists Synchro Summon during their opponent’s turn.
There is way more in Starstrike Blast than just big Synchro Monsters - it’s bursting with new cards for Blackwings, Scraps, Watts, Naturias, Koa’ki Meiru, Genex, Fabled, and Ice Barrier strategies. There’s even a brand new Monarch: Delg the Dark Monarch. This set also introduces the new Karakuri monsters, a new brand of Machines that pull off a myriad of tricks by constantly changing battle position.
Tuning is a new Spell Card that makes it so it’s easy to Summon Yusei’s top Synchro Monsters like Drill Warrior and Junk Destroyer. In addition, Starstrike Blast includes new Tuners like Glow-Up Bulb and Scrap Mind Reader, which Duelists can use twice by bringing them back from the Graveyard. This all makes Synchro Summoning easier than ever!
Finally, for the Duelist that loves to mess with an opponent’s strategy, this set is ideal, with new cards like Skull Meister, Droll & Lock Bird, Spellstone Sorcerer Karood, and Psi-Blocker to add to their Deck.
The Starstrike Blast 100-card Booster Set contains: 48 Common Cards 20 Rare Cards 14 Super Rare Cards 10 Ultra Rare Cards 8 Secret Rare Cards

| At the pre release pulled:
Tuning (Ultra) Glow Up Bulb (Ultra) Shooting Star (Ultra) Delg (Super) Blackwings (rares) Karakuris (rares)
Sold Tuning for 50 USD. Tunings not going to worth much anyway. Glow up bulb will be at 25-40 for a while. The set is really nothing to get excited about. Its only game changing for certain deck types:
Bulb is the most versatile. Tuning is garbage in majority of the Quickdraw variants. Formula Monarchs, Karakuri Beatdown are sure to see "some" play. Everything else is "so-so" |
