STFU !!, that's your role on "24" and not here !!. Anyway,The Gravekeeper's are a series of monsters based on ancient Egyptians who guarded the Pharaoh's tomb.They're all Spell Caster-Type monsters which prevent your opponent from affecting cards in the graveyard as well as having good field presence and good control. Gravekeepers number has been decreasing recently and they were about to extinct, so they had to get someone to recruit for them, someone to renew their blood. And that's what konami gave them.

Gravekeeper's Recruiter :Dark/Spell-Caster/1200/1500/3*

"When this card you control is sent to your Graveyard, add 1 "Gravekeeper's" monster with 1500 or less DEF from your Deck to your hand."

At the first Glance, He's Dark fodder for Allure Of Darkness, He's a spellcaster, so you can use it to synchro summon Tempest Magician, Explosive Magician or Arcanite Magician. Finally its 1200 Atk allows it to be Special Summoned by Gravekeeper's Spy and to avoid falling into opponent's Bottomless Trap Hole.

Then, After reading the effect..you'd know that this card is like the diamond which completes a valuable necklace and makes Gravekeepers more consistent and competitive than ever.

Nomatter how this card gets buried from the field to the graveyard, you're allowed to search a "Gravekeeper's" monster with 1500 or less defense -which is almost every Gravekeeper's card except Visionary, Spy and Guard- so you're rarely out of options.
You can use it to fetch Descendant inorder wipe out some cards off your opponent's field gaining free advantage off Recruiter's effect or you can get Assailant to turn a beatstick into a beat-able monster by running over its defence and you can even get Commandant to search Necrovalley and setup pretty early and finally you can get Gravekeeper's Chief for resurrecting a Gravekeeper's monster from the graveyard and for making you not affected by Necrovalley.

Card Tips

These are the possible worthy options in a pure Gravekeeper's deck, Yet this card can be splashed in Flamvell Synchro deck.
Gravekeepers (3 Spies and 1 Descendant) have always been played in Flamvell Syncrho for easy lv8 Synchros..and when that deck wanted to make the best use of spy and descendant, they played Flamvell Archer to be able to Synchro Summon Arcanite Magician. Now they don't really have to as Recruiter is level 3 and easily searchable so when it tunes with Flamvell Magician you have the option to synchro summon Arcanite magician of even Black Rose Dragon, Not only that but you'll get to search a Descendant (if you haven't used it)

New Playstyle :
"Ok, So now we already know the value of this card..can you tell us how Gravekeepers will adapt to such card ?"

With such card, Gravekeepers became consistent enough to play independently without any external support they used to get from Caius,Rai-oh or Malefic Stardust Dragon, not only that but they can also play competitively, You know what ?!! Gravekeepers will become one of the most consistent tier one decks.

Gravekeepers now would be maining 3 Descendants to make the best use out of this card, Chief can now see more plays (tribute Recruiter to summon Chief then get a free search off Recruiter's effect).

Gravekeepers now will run like a toolbox (With Spy and Recruiter) to set up pretty fast and lock the game with Royal Tribute and Necrovalley then gain advantage with Stele. Such playstyle will stop sabers (which are apparently broken because of faultroll and NOT Darksoul), Debris plays, DAD, Lumina, Spore...which are the most common cards being played these days.

Though i like 2 Seven tools in GKs for warnings and icarus.
Recruiter gave a huge push to GKs and cuz of that they topped the ycs. Can't wait to play this
