ALl right guys, I am transfering here from using YVD, and now im trying out HAM and KCVDS. I found that YVD was much easier to acquire a duel with. Now since I started using KCVDS I have had an extremely hard time dueling, whether It an IP match, or I use the HAM router. Either way I try this it does not want to work, or it works so intermittently its a difficult time. Can anyone offer some tips on this, also is KCVDS mandatory over YVD?

YVD is not currently supported here in DA, meaning that you cannot participate in any event or acquire Duel Points from using it. However, you can find comprehensive quides on how to host and duel other people in KCVDS. You should take a look at the following links:

Well I am just curious because I have found that YVD is such a great program. It does lack the ability to show the cards, along with the amazing backgrounds that KCVDS has. YVD also does not have a chat room that allows you to use it, but if you have a friend you want to directly connect to a person it is simple. Along with showing what ur opponent has done, with abilities to do more with the cards.

We share the same opinion my friend, I am also using YVD once its services reflect perfectly the real life game. As far as I know, discussions are being made between the Staff of DA so you have to either reconcile to KCVDS or simply post a suggestion in the corresponding section about YVD. For the time being, let's stick to the topic's subject and avoid any off-topic discussion.

As an added notation, DA used to have YVD tournaments, but KCVDS is used a lot more than YVD and as a result it was taken out.
