Changing your username

Name changes occur when a member pm's an administrator and request their username be changed. As a result of this rules are set to avoid this is not abused. Just to clarify below is a list of positive, and negative reasons a member may want to change their username.

Positive Reasons

Their bored of the previous username
They mispelled their username upon signing up
They are into a new fad, and would like to be apart of it
for fun

Negitive Reasons

They are trying to hide from members because of fights, or problems
They are trying to ref scam people via online trading
They are trying to act like a new member, to gain trust.

Administrative Reasons to refuse name change:

Your username breaks the forum rules.
Your name is to long
Your name is obnoxious
It is to similar to another members name [reasons vary]

Once your username is changed you have a 3 month waiting period until a new username can be requested. New users that sign up need to have 50 posts and have a valid reason to change their username. If an admin changes your username because of the list above, you do not have to wait another 3 months to request another username. An admin may do this at any time, and notify you of these actions.

Below a list will be posted notifying you of all name changes that occur on the forum, This will ensure all safety precautions and let everyone know who everyone is

I have had my name changed from Aster to Tsurin on the basis that most, if not all people know me as Tsurin.
