So you say they did the "if this then do that " ? that must have taken alot of time so what does the game need to be complete? beside the english language?

It would be cool if you would start with crappy cards and winning duels brings points with wich you could buy packs that would rock and maybe some trade system but i know i'm asking for to much

From what I understood their intention is not to make better look or more features within this Tag Force environment. For them this all this is enough to duel so they focus mainly on cards now. Since game is open source and they program in decomposition you can use all those scripts and link them to your own environment. In other words if people know how to and want to change the look they can always program it themselves.

To answer your question what it needs to be complete, its cards' effects for about 4000 more cards is only thing it needs, and game menu with deck constructor. Now this program is just made to test cards and everything you want to change you change it in code not in main program. That is why I don't want to give links to it yet. People will ask how to we duel, how do we make decks, where is my avatar, where do i place these files, what file i need to edit etc. Basically if I don't guide you live via hamachi how to duel only few people will be able to figure it out themselves. That is why I will wait to see the progress and when its ready DA will be informed as usual.

the problem that might occur is that if they mess up a ruling or two, like even in the konami games of world championship, they do mess up some of the rulings, like not letting activate mst on draw phase, the enemy controller and treeborn combo doesn't work or such

Omg, if this could succeed, I'd be using this. I love it when the dueling system is automatic as you've shown. I know there's downsides to the system, but still. D:

Deck constructor is not available yet. deck making is in text editor still. it means no game menu. with no game menu the result would be like 1000 mails with same title: how do we use this thing. at this rate its still programmers application to test the script, in other words just to test effects of cards. also its not english which makes a problem too. also its not playable with 1000 cards still. in fact the programmer works on the cards and its up to us if we want to get people translate this thing and work on game menu ourselves.

Why not form a team and cooperate

If they Continue Programming it i think this duel system will be the best ever realised for free without the need of paying money
