DA's Affiliation

Well Because of the huge amount of PMs i recieve asking for advertisements in DA, I decided to allow affiliation which is sharing both our advertising banner and yours in each others' portal and/or homepage, But there are some rules to gurantee the quality of affiliation :

1. Your forum must have not less than 100 registered members
2. Your forum must be related to YGO
3. You must have not less than 30 posts to request affiliation

Side note: I think the 30 post thing is kinda dumb, for we are both advertising on each other's site, so I think in all fairness we shouldn't need 30 posts to post this here.
